1. General

These Payment Terms govern the purchase of subscriptions to the Go Bag app. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Subscription Types

Go Bag offers different subscription plans, which may include but are not limited to:

Monthly Plan

Annual Plan

Specific details of each plan, including pricing and benefits, are outlined in the subscriptions section of the app.

3. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store platforms. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of these platforms.

4. Billing and Renewal

4.1. Initial Charge

We may share information with third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as data hosting, usage analysis, customer service, and marketing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which they were hired, as per Art. 7, item V, of the LGPD.

4.2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period (monthly or annual) unless the user cancels the subscription before the end of the current period. The renewal will be charged using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

4.3. Renewal Notification

Users will be notified by email of automatic renewal and amounts to be charged reasonably in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refund

5.1. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

5.2. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current subscription period, even if you cancel before the end of your subscription period.

6. Changes in prices and terms

6.1. Price Changes

Go Bag reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated by email and/or notification to users in advance and will take effect in the next billing cycle.

6.2. Changes to Terms

Go Bag may update these Payment Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the App and notified to users. Continued use of the Service after the Terms have been changed will constitute acceptance of those changes.
